Today....I RAN 6 MILES!!!!!!!!!!! I also biked 21 miles, but the 6 miles of running was a real triumph for me. Makayle and Kevin are gone this weekend and I am under strict orders not to go swimming, so I didn't do any swimming, but I'm really excited about these 6 miles...can you tell? :)

why can't you go swimming? if you say its because your on this one kind of medication so you can't go swimming then it will fulfill the de ja vu i just had about this moment. everytime i sit a this particular computer i have de ja vu. i'm going to write a blog about it.
